A tangy, fruity syrup made from dried hibiscus flowers.
Hibiscus flowers, known as ‘flor de Jamaica’ in Mexico, have a tart flavour similar to cranberries, dilute this syrup to make ruby coloured margaritas and refreshing aguas frescas.
In a shaker, add 50ml tequila, 25ml lime juice, 25ml Flor de Jamaica Syrup along with lots of ice, shake hard until your hands freeze to the shaker, then strain into a glass and drink!
Made in a factory that handles nuts, peanuts and sesame.
