Rich, smoky and a little spicy, this garlic sauce is made from slow-cooked garlic and chipotle chillies in a blend of sunflower and extra virgin olive oil.

Use as a dressing, just spoon over wilted spinach, baked or fried mushrooms, prawns, fish, roasted tomatoes or dunk bread into it. It is one of the wonders of Mexican cuisine, very addictive!

Storage and Preparation

. Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 weeks. Avoid exposure to light.
