The agave is slowly cooked in autoclaves using vapor pressure, then fermented in wooden casks. This meticulous process yields a crystal-clear tequila with a soft agave aroma, complemented by hints of fruit and citrus. On the palate, it offers sweet, citrusy flavors alongside the fresh essence of agave, culminating in delicate peach notes.
